Overland
Park, KS - September 16 2019 - Lotus
Yoga and Wellness Spa is delighted to announce that it will be relocating to
new premises.
The address of the new
location is 14872 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, KS 66223 and will be effective
from Saturday September 14. It is just two blocks west of their current base at
15053 Nall Avenue.
Lotus Yoga &
Wellness Spa offers a host of services wrapped around helping to rebalance
people's lives and re-energizing them to enable greater happiness and
health.
The spa offers yoga
sessions throughout the week for students, as well as private sessions for
clients. Their instructors also offer Reiki, acupuncture, massage, cupping, and
pilates as well as providing Lotus Botanical solutions for all kinds of pain
relief.
"We believe the new
location will offer a better environment for clients to take advantage of what
we have to offer at Lotus Yoga, " commented the Spa's David Eaker.
"No matter where
clients are on their life journey, yoga is an incredible way to achieve mental
relaxation, tone muscle, and increase flexibility. We offer all levels of classes
and our yogis will guide them
through the proper technique."
"The aim is to
achieve happiness, better health and life-balance despite daily challenges that
can bring about stress, leaving us feeling drained and exhausted. This blocks
energies and the absence of these energies can lead to disease, serious
illnesses, and feelings like we lack purpose.
"We care about the
person and their individual needs. Many come to Lotus Yoga for rejuvenation and
to be re-energized."
The center is also a hub
for workshops and events. For example, in September, there is a Healing Music
Tones Meditation with Susan Walter and her crystal bowls.
The session is to use
crystal bowl tones and vibrations to reinforce the body's natural energy and
gently assist in returning the chakra energy centers and organs of the body to
their natural harmonious resonances.
And for those looking to
take their love of yoga further, the center offers yoga teaching training
workshops with Maylo Anderson.
The center, which offers a host of
affordable options for daily, monthly and annual subscriptions, is open
Mondays-Thursdays 8am to 9pm; Fridays-Saturday 8am to 5pm, and Sundays 9am-5.30pm
